change for a new sim card but keeping my plan

Hey,

I would like to switch my number for a new one without affecting my plan. Could you assist me with this matter as I'm struggling to find right section option on your website and application. I'm your long term customer and would like to stay with you.

You can change your phone number on your existing contract for an admin fee of £25. Simply contact iD Mobile via Live Chat to get your number changed. Note their opening times on that link.

 

Please note: If you need to change your number because you’re suffering from harassment, we can change your number free of charge. All we require is a crime reference number, which you’ll get when you report the harassment to the police.
