If you have already used this PAC code and submitted it when purchasing a handset or SIM, don't worry - your switch is underway. We'll send you a text as soon as your number has been transferred to us.

​@Santo. It would be advisable to contact their Live Chat team as they can check the status of the PAC and if it didn’t go through they should be able to apply it for you

(When using live chat if you type talk to person it bypasses their automated chat bot, also note their human operating times. This is a typing based format you don’t actually speak)
