charges for an unknown phone number


I am being charged for a phone ending in 0395 but  I do not have a phone with that number, my old phone does not have a SIM card and I transferred my number to my new phone when I upgraded in December. Can you clear up what is going on for me?

It looks like you have another plan with iD Mobile. You need to speak to someone with account level access to confirm if this is the case or not. You can speak to a live chat advisor here.
