I’m sorry to hear this, are you able to call the people who cannot call you?

Are they unable to call you ever or only while you’re in specific locations?

Are they able to text you?

My local garage is a good example. I have two iPhones, one using ID, which is my main phone and my back up which is using Lybra. Both PAYG. I can call the garage on my main, but when my car is ready for collection, the garage cannot call me using cell or landline so they call me on my back up.

We haven’t tried texting.

Other people have also tried and failed to connect. However I can receive calls from random callers including contacts and friends.

Very strange.

For the local garage, is this an 07 phone number, or a business/landline phone number?

They have two different 07 numbers, both fail to connect. We have tried this with me actually standing in the garage reception. They can connect with my other service provider.
