My contract ends tomorrow and have selected a pay monthly, Sim only plan (which my ID app now displays). Do I have to physically cancel the contract plan or will it cancel automatically and I continue as normal with my same number??

Hi @DJDavies you would need to contact us directly to cancel the plan and get a PAC if that is what you would like?If not, the plan would continue as it is until you should wish to make any changes.I hope this helps.
