Contract to SIM only

Hi, I’ve upgraded from contract to a SIM only deal

To keep my existing number do I have to request a PAC code?

Thanks

Millie

Hi @Millie29

If you’ve upgraded, your number will be retained automatically, no need to make a transfer.

If you’ve purchased a new contract with a new number, it wouldn’t be possible to directly transfer an iD Mobile plan from one to another.

Hi there @Millie29

If you upgraded via the app or were signed into the account at the time of the upgrade then no you don’t need to request a PAC. Speaking of which if you look at your app does the new contract show in there?

From the home screen, click Plan and look for the down arrow (v) next to the wording Contract details and click on that.

(FWIW the only time you should need a PAC is if you leave iD or sign up as a new customer to iD for a better new customer offer)
