For help & support, you’ll need to use of the iD Mobile online support channels, which are: 

The agents work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).

You can’t speak to anyone as it’s an online service.

Yeah, unfortunately the iD support is a bit like entering the lottery. 
In my experience, iD staff on the social media channels seem to be best option for customer service.

As suggested above, we don’t have a phone line for general customer support, should you need assistance we’d recommend getting in contact on Facebook, Twitter, Live Chat or even just asking a question here.

I haven't been able to access the network for more than 24 hrs, what's going on?

iI've just received a new SIM card, if I put it in my phone will it be activated or not ? is your site still having problems >

Okay @Mike Foley, new customers receive an already activated SIM card when joining iD Mobile. 

Apparently, the network issues are still affecting 3G voice calls, but less than 1% of customers are experiencing this issue. 

The website appears to be working okay today.
