Data access


My Samsung S25 won’t connect to Internet.

It is fine in Wi-Fi, but when I am out of a Wi-Fi zone it says no Network connection available. I have plenty of Data. I have tried all the on line advice, including conneting and reconnecting, resetting ‘Access Point Names’ and adding Network details agin. Nothing seems to work. Very frustrating.

Not sure if this a Phone issue, Network issue or Sim issue?

Hi ​@George Henry  sorry to hear this.

The easiest way to check if it is a handset or SIM issue, is to try the SIM in a different handset. Please can you try this and let us know how you get on?

@George Henry  Hi is your Samsung suitable for use in the UK or Europe? As Some people buy devices from overseas and it's nots compatible with the networks here example Asian countries they were made for.

The easiest thing is take your device and Sim to a Curry's store and ask them to check it over.
