I ran out of my fair usage allowance 14 hours ago, and just before the allowance ran out, I bought a 6 gb data add on. It’s still not working. I thought there might be an activation delay, but it’s been around 15 hours now - any advice would be much appreciated!

The roaming usage can’t be increased unless you increase your cap so that you can be charged for usage.

If you have reached your fair usage amount you won’t be able to use an add-on either.
The fair usage amount includes add-ons also which means that once you have reached the limit you won’t be to use your data regardless of having an add-on.

That's not true you can extend you max usage on the app some how ,but I must how they said to do it. I'm having the same problem
