Data allowance has changed.


Hello all, 

I've been with ID now for over a year, and when I went into the app I saw that my Unlimited data had now been reduced to 8gb. I'm not sure if this is an error on IDs end or my plan has been changed against my wishes. Any help is appreciated,

Morning @djc123,

Can confirm you have Unlimited Data on your account. We’re aware of an issue with the iD Mobile app causing some bundles to display incorrectly and are working to fix ASAP.

Hi, this has happened to me. I've been on an unlimited data plan for several years but on the app, it's saying 50gb. I am due an upgrade in two weeks and wasn't sure if it was because of that. Any help or advice with this would be really appreciated.
