Data roaming not working in france

My son has just arrived in france and is unable to use Data roaming. It is enabled on the app.

He has an iPhone 13. 

Any suggestions please

​@Jones21 Sorry to hear this, has your son tried manually connecting to our network partners there instead of automatic network selection?

Our network partners in France are Orange, Free Mobile, BYTEL and BOUYGTEL.

Also make sure he has Data Roaming toggled on.
