When I try to deposit money to a gambling website where it is pay by phone (gets added to you phone bill), it just gets an error. Is this something that is not possible on iD?

It sounds like you may have premium services switched off on your account, or your bill cap is set to £0 or a low amount which is preventing you from going over your allowance. You’ll be able to check this by logging into the iD Mobile app or your account online.
