Hi, I’m looking to set up an Outlook rule to send an sms notification to my mobile.

To do this I need to know my device email address.

I believe this mobilenumber@?.com

Just don’t know what the .com bit is, can anyone help?

Thanks

Hi @Mmn40

I’m not sure what you mean, your device and mobile number doesn’t have an email address for it.

@Mmn40

Try <your mobile number>@idmobile.co.uk

The above could be wrong as I’ve not set one of these up for a long while and in those instances not on iD

edit. Just happened to stumble on a rather helpful video tutorial (no affiliation)

Thanks for this, exactly what I am trying to do. Video is most helpful but the @idmobile.co.uk doesn’t work.

maybe that id do not have an sms gateway email address.

thanks agin much appreciated

Oh that's a shame.

My only other option is (being as iD piggyback) to try @three.co.uk

But it's sounding like you could be right and they don't have the gateway.
