Dialling 159 to connect with my bank

Hi,

Anyone else having issues dialling 159 on ID Mobile? For those unfamiliar, 159 is the national hotline that's meant to make it easy to report fraud and cybercrime directly to your bank.

Whenever I try to dial it from my mobile, I just get a three note tone suggesting the number isn't available. It's a bit puzzling, and I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this, or if there's something I might be missing.

Any help or insights would be much appreciated. Cheers!

Hi @Foxmeak  had you been able to dial this previously from your iD SIM?

Have you tried a reboot of your handset?

It doesn't work for me or my wife either. I assume it is an iD problem.

The Martin Lewis article linked below suggests that 3 and iD have a technical problem with this.

Is that Android? According to the Martin Lewis article iD has a problem with calling on Android.
