I posted a question earlier but can't see it anywhere so as a new user I may not have done it properly so hopefully this time it works.

My New Samsung s25 keeps closing apps that have an animation or video

This has happened in Instagram, Facebook, Weather app and many others

Has anyone else had this problem and knows a fix or how can I contact ID mobile directly

We are sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with your Samsung handset closing apps.

Can you please confirm if there are any outstanding updates on the handset? 

Also, is this happening when using WiFi, mobile data or both?

Thanks for getting back to me

I have been in contact on live chat and have now returned the handset as it is obviously faulty and now have to wait for a replacement

Unfortunatelty they have not been helpful

I chased up my return today and was told I now have to contact carphone warehouse even though I bought my phone via the idmobile website

This is so frustratiing as I would have just taken my phone there in the first place if I had known rather than post it out

To confirm, what date did the return reach our warehouse?

 

If the order was direct from us, then we’d deal with it, not Carphone Warehouse. If you ordered from Carphone, then we’d only suggest then to deal with them directly.
