DPD delivered an empty bag

Help! I've just upgraded my phone and it was meant to be delivered today. Driver turned up, asked for the code then threw the bag at me, sprinted off to his van.

The bag is empty!!! I tried to chase him up the road but I'm pregnant so couldn't catch him! 

What do I do now? I called DPD and they said they will open an investigation but I need to report to id.

There are no numbers to call???? 

The driver was called Panko if that helps?

The same thing has just happened to me DPD, I got it all on camera I refused the empty parcel now I have no phone no ide what’s happening. Now signed into a contract and they delivery company have stolen it. I spoke to someone on ID chat but given the cost of this item I just want someone to speak to me on the phone or tell me what happens. Did you get yours sorted?

Hey, iD literally sorted out a new phone the next day! They had to open an investigation but everything was sorted in the end. Good luck!

They opened an investigation I believe still not heard anything or even any clue of what they intend to do despite having video footage. I can’t see me getting my replacement phone as quick as you did :(
