Dropped Phone

Unfortunately I dropped my phone (Pixel 7) and now it's not turning on. I know I might be able to get it repaired but that will probably be more than the cost of the phone. I would like to stay in this contract but not due a upgrade until more then 500 days. What are my options, I didn't take out extra insurance.

If you’re still within the minimum term of a 24-month handset contract, you’ll have to wait until 60-days or less remain of the minimum term before you can upgrade, @Ben Stuart.

Perhaps get your handset repaired, or buy a cheap refurbished device, to use until you’ll be eligible for an upgrade.

Alternatively, Carphone Warehouse have SIM free Pixel handsets on offer.

Hi,

That's helpful thanks. I do have my previous phone 6A so perhaps use that until I can upgrade.

Hi @Ben Stuart

I’d recommend the same as @andewhite above, it may be worth looking into alternative devices SIM free or if you have an older device you can use.
