I have a Galaxy S21+ and have just purchased another sim, so I can have a personal number and also work number. Is it possible to have two different voicemail greetings? If it is, how do I set it up.

If you have two different SIMs (and therefore 2 different plans) you’ll be able to have 2 different voicemail greetings, the accounts are completely separate.

Have you tried setting up voicemail for each of your iD SIM cards?

They have different mobile numbers, and therefore have a different voicemail account.

If the SIM cards with different numbers are in the same handset, you should reach the voicemail for whatever is the primary line. 

If you switch the primary line, you should get a different voicemail.
