I just recently switch my eSIM From my phone to my wife phone, I already install, but when I switch back to my phone, I delete eSIM from my wife and now I want to install My eSIM, when I open my ID account, I get code to install eSIM now time I use that code, but when I scan that code, it’s showing you have to contact ID Mobile, so please help me to install my eSIM into my phone
