e sim being offered, but my Samsung Galaxy A52s phone does not support e sims. Meanwhile i have lost my mobile service. Help, as customer service is rubbish. Is there an actual number I can call as chat is driving me crazy

The Live Chat customer advisers work until 8pm on weekdays, @John Johnson - the helpful iD bot works 24/7.

Have you told the bot you want to “talk to a person”? - might need repeating.
