e-SIM do you automatically get 2 new numbers

I am considering going to e-SIM and the blurb says 2 numbers but does not say whether they are both free or that you have to buy them.

I would like to keep my original number and add another one if possible.

An eSIM or SIM card can only be associated with one mobile number, @Kustom.

If your phone is dual SIM capable, then you can use two numbers, assuming you have a separate plan for each active SIM.

I was referring to the E-SIM on offer that allows 2 numbers. But they do not say that you get 2 new numbers with it. Or if there is a cost involved.

I would like my old number and a new one.
