I have just got a new e-sim for my iPhone 13 Pro. After using the QR code and uploading it is working but there are very few functions available and it is not showing any signal as well as stating no sim installed. I have reset my network on the phone a couple of times but it does not make any difference. 

Can I delete the e-sim and reinstall it using the QR code, or would this cause a problem with the QR code only being able to be used once?
 

Okay @Mart62, perhaps better to ask iD Customer Care about your eSIM issues?

Forum members, like myself and yourself, can’t look at customer accounts nor activation status of an eSIM. 

Get in-touch via the online iD Live Chat service, which is the primary support channel at iD Mobile. 

The iD chatbot works 24/7, and the advisers work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends + bank holidays). Just tell the bot you want to “talk to a person”.

I'm.pretty sure if you delete the esim you will have to ask for another one
