Can I have 2 e sims at the same time?

I'm going to the USA and will need another e sim to keep connected

If you wish to use our network in USA, you will need to use out of contract charges for calls and texts. Then, you’ll either need to buy an add-on for data, or use out of contract charges for data also. Data add-ons are cheaper than using out of contract charges for data.

There is no alternatives to this if you wish to use our network there.

Thanks,

Tyler

Hey there @Sarah2261, you can indeed have two eSIM’s on the same phone, so long as the phone is compatible.

Do you mean an eSIM from another network that isn’t iD Mobile, alongside your iD Mobile eSIM?

Thanks,

Tyler

I have a pixel 6 phone and am going to the USA, so I need another sim so I can roam. Should I get a ID Mobile sim so I can use a e sim on holiday? As I have an e sim from ID at the moment.

Hey Sarah @Sarah2261, you can roam in USA using an iD Mobile SIM card, however, you’ll either be charged out of contract charges for roaming, or you’ll need to purchase a roam-beyond add-on for data for USA:

I'm sailing over to the USA in 7 days, then staying for 12 days in three different states. I'm not sure your add on will help.  Any other recommendations?
