Hi - I am on a sim only monthly plan, my contract doesn’t end until 2027 but there is the option to upgrade on the 10th July. My phone has died and I was wondering if I could upgrade sooner please? If not can I transfer my sim only plan to a different mobile number? Thanks

    Your earliest upgrade date can be found in the iD Mobile app.

     

    It wouldn’t be possible to move this date any earlier, sorry.
