Firstly, am I right in thinking there is no phone number to all or any live agent to chat to after 8pm in the UK? I have just moved to ID Mobile (24hrs ago) and I actually can’t believe that the only help appears to community based?

So everything was working for the best part of 20 hours. Nothing has changed but suddenly its gone to emergency calls only. I’ve checked my account and all appears fine.

Ive tried SIM in another mobile - same issue. I’ve tried another SIM (Smarty so piggyback on Three also) no problem. I am about 100ft away from 5G mast.

I’ve restarted phone, Remomved sim. Airplane mode etc and still nothing. Anyone any ideas or am I stuck like this until IDMobile wake up? And is it true that there is no support or number to call to get immediate assistance?

There isn’t a telephone support helpline at iD Mobile, @SirWigerbtYak

The iD advisers are available via their online web chat service until 6pm at weekends (8pm on weekdays).

Alternatively, you could contact iD customer support a PM via their social media pages, using Facebook Messenger or X.

Hey there @SirWigerbtYak, you would be correct in stating that our live-chat closes at 8pm on weekdays, and we are an online only business, and do not have a customer service phone-line. We’re also here to help on Community and are also contactable via Facebook and Twitter until 8pm weekdays, and 5:30pm on weekends.

If the SIM card isn’t working in two different devices, that’d point more towards a faulty SIM card, and if so, our sincere apologies for that. Therefore, it’s likely you’ll need a replacement SIM card:

Also to check, what phone do you have and what’s your full postcode please?

Thanks,

Tyler
