Firstly, am I right in thinking there is no phone number to all or any live agent to chat to after 8pm in the UK? I have just moved to ID Mobile (24hrs ago) and I actually can’t believe that the only help appears to community based?So everything was working for the best part of 20 hours. Nothing has changed but suddenly its gone to emergency calls only. I’ve checked my account and all appears fine.Ive tried SIM in another mobile - same issue. I’ve tried another SIM (Smarty so piggyback on Three also) no problem. I am about 100ft away from 5G mast.I’ve restarted phone, Remomved sim. Airplane mode etc and still nothing. Anyone any ideas or am I stuck like this until IDMobile wake up? And is it true that there is no support or number to call to get immediate assistance?
