end of of phone contract??

Hi,

My contract has now ended (I assume), because I haven’t been notified of the contract end date. My sim has be deactivated today as there is a message stating “no sim”. I’m trying to go in ID mobile app to see when the end date is, but the information isn’t there. I don’t want to upgrade my phone. What do I do pls?

We are very sorry you are having issues accessing the information on the app. 

You can see when yours is due to expire by going to the dashboard of your iD Mobile app or My Account online, and looking under 'Add-ons'.

 

Do you wish to continue on a SIM only plan or deactivate the service please?
