error when trying to submit PAC Code


I have tried numerous times trying to switch my number from Lebara using a PAC code, I have put all the details in correctly numerous of times but it keeps saying their is an issue. Please can I speak to someone to get this sorted please?

Are you using the transaction code that begins with 4 please?

I have the same issue all my details correct , I already fall out with HB thinks I am a bit useless in here,  but then we all tried and nobody successful I am thinking it maybe something else....anyone can help?

I bought 2 set of monthly paid sim card and when is arrived they sent the transaction number the temporary mobile number account number,  pin etc.  But because it is arrived the same time I don't know wich sim belong to what account it doesn't show the phone numbers just an other number. So I just fallowed the instructions as we wanted to keep our old number and got our PAC code . And filling up the forms as required then have that message ..multiple times we tried.

Are the transaction numbers you are using, the ones that begin with the number 4?
