Is this an issue with calls, texts and mobile data in just one location, or happening everywhere you use your iPhone 14, @Roger Heath?

Have you turned the handset off/on again? Takes a few hours for the SIM to be fully active. Also check your data settings. Have you got more than one eSIM loaded and a physical SIM? Make sure the correct one is active.

Thanks for your reply. I have turned on/off and have started the process again today with a further esim. Still awaiting conf its ok. I didn't realise there was such a thing as an esim until I looked at my ID mobile app. Just thought I’d need a new physical one. Nowhere does it mention about deleting any former sim/esim. I just assumed if it is e that the new one would override the old.

iPhone can store upto 8 eSIM’s and 1 physical SIM but you can only have 2 active at anyone time. I use 2 eSIM’s. 1 on iD and 1 on EE due to coverage issues in my location.
