Can I only download my esim on the transaction date I've been given on 15th April

    Hey there ​@SusanRowe1959, once your eSIM has been sent to you, you can activate it whenever suits you best.

    As ​@Tyler has stated ‘once your eSIM has been sent to you, you can activate it whenever suits you best.’  but until then you should still have the service provided by your previous network.

    Unfortunately, if you wish to swap over before this date then that would not be possible.
