I haven’t received my email to activate my eSIM yet

They do weirdly take awhile to come through. I’ve signed up for ID Mobile twice now and both times they take about an hour to come through to my email after sign up
 

it’s really quite strange because every other provider I’ve tried to do eSIM, it comes through immediately after completing the purchase
