Good morning i got my daughter a esim as it said her phone was compatible with them, but since having it she  doesn't get signal unless she's in the house i did read somewhere that they were best used for data. Can I change to a physical sim?

Yes you change to a physical SIM but pretty sure it will not make a difference. All the SIM does is let you connect to the network. If your signal is generally poor in your area it won’t make a difference

Could be down to the phone. Different phones have different antennae which is used to pick up the mobile signal. I have used eSIM and physical SIM and never noticed any difference tbh.

Bear in mind the original SIM usually gets disconnected as soon as you order a new one. So maybe best going to pick one up from a Curry’s store with identification if you can’t be without the phone.
