eSIM Activating… stuck

ESim activating… 

 

is what it tells me in settings, but the wheel of death keeps on spinning. Any fixes?

 

(have tried the off and on again trick to no avail!)

Hi there ​@JohnJohnJohn, sorry to hear that. Is this still an issue?

 

If so, I’d recommend deleting the eSIM, and requesting a replacement physical or eSIM via the iD Mobile app/website or via contacting us, and see if the free replacement works instead.

Hi.  Yes this is still an issue.  I went to a Curry’s store, picked up a new physical SIM card.  Activated it via chat, and then again - no connectivity on my mobile coverage on my iPhone.
