esim issue


Hello, I’ve recently got a new iPhone which I need to add my eSIM but I need a qr code to reactivate. I can’t access my account through the app as I never added it and it needs to send me a confirmation code to my mobile number (which I currently don’t have access to). Is there a way that I can receive the qr code to set up the eSIM via email?

I can login on one of my numbers, but not the account with the eSIM as never added it to the app before I changed phones. Can someone simply send me a new qr code to my email?

I have the same issue.

I was sent an eSim to a new account but the QR Code has an error when trying to download. But I can’t speak to a live agent because I haven’t been given the new phone number. I got in contact with a live agent using my other account but they ended the chat abruptly and refused to help.
