I’m just moving from an iPhone 14 with physical sim to iPhone 16 with an eSIM.
I initially tried the physical sim in the new phone and it don’t work, so requested an eSIM.
it hasn’t worked, and I’ve contacted support via chat and followed all their instructions but still have no service. This has also disconnected the old physical sim in the old phone, so now I’ve got two phones out of action.
Any ideas of what to try next?
