switching to idmobile but chose  E sim but it’s not compatible with phone so now have a physical sim (from currys) but i cant seem to complete switch. Not sure which mobile number to put as physical sim doesnt have one. tried the esim number but that didnt work. how do I complete the switch, I have my pac and have contract in place (bank details sorted) but now what?

Maybe, we managed I think to activate the physical sim using the e sim number. The transfer  is due to happen tomorrow, I entered the pac number , my existing phone number and the number from the physical sim. If it doesn’t happen, hasn’t worked can I get back in touch for more help ?
