I have just joined ID Mobile and have received an email saying the set up is complete. I haven’t yet received an email with the esim. Please can this be sorted asap as I need to use my phone.

We are sorry to hear you are having trouble with receiving your eSIM and hope this has been resolved since posting.
If not, can you please check your junk/spam folder to ensure the email hasn't dropped in to there.
