eSim not working fir my Xiaomi

I have finally bought a plan with ID and bought an eSim , but now I realise my phone doesn't support eSim. What do I do

Either order a replacement sim via the app to be sent by post or pop into a Curry’s store with ID and they can issue a replacement there.
