Hi I received my sim today and can't connect to the mobile network on my redmi note, can't register either as the site keeps on crashing, and as I can't register I can't use the live chat, and I cant call as my connection not working. So not a great day one experience. Please help

You don’t need to be registered to use the iD online Live Chat for assistance.
The agents work until 8pm on weekdays.

I’m sorry to hear this, is the Redmi Note locked to another network or is it unlocked from us? Are you able to try the SIM in another device?
The issues with the app/website should be cleared up now, please could you check now and see how you get on?
