I ordered a new ID Mobile plan with a pay monthly eSIM and included a PAC Code from my old provider when placing the order – The transfer should have occurred 6th May. I received a text from ID Mobile on 5th May with a different phone number and this number is assigned to the eSIM downloaded to my iPhone. I have not received any confirmation of the transfer or port has been completed.
How do I ‘update’ the eSIM to reflect the original phone number linked to the PAC?
