Faulty battery

My Samsung Galaxy A25 is only a few months old but the battery will not charge. I've three different chargers, different cables etc but nothing works. What can I do?

Hey there @david82xx, absolutely, if your phone is in warranty with us, you’ll be able to have Currys look at it in-store and a possible free repair.

    The fault is intermittent - for a couple of days it was impossible to charge, now it is charging properly. When it happens again I'll head to the Currys/PC World shop. Thank you.
