Faulty SIM card

two days ago I tried ringing a number and it doesn’t ring. Incoming calls go straight to voicemail It’s not in flight mode or silent and a reset of the network connections didn’t work either. I can send and receive texts and also take video calls but not phone calls at all. I suspect I have an old sim and need a replacement.

    I’m on 4G, it seems I am not the only one being affected by this as a chum of mine also has an older Android phone and has the same issue with incoming and outgoing calls.
