my monthly bill costs £36.65 and im on a 24 month contract
i started in august 2021 and am coming up to my final bills which should be july and august before my contract ends.
when i asked for my pac code my leaving bill was 3 months worth of £36.65 when it should only be 2 months.
why is this? i have a cap of £0 so no add ons taken, and i wont use my pac code withing its expiry as i have decided to wait for my remaining bills and get a pac code in august. Just dont see why its billing me 3 months when this is incorrect.
