So I have been with EE for many years and kinda got caught up in the hype of best mobile provider for X amount of years, but been fed up with EE prices and network claims don't stack up.
So I decided to switch to I.D and I have got to say I'm really really really impressed by the network. No frills, excellent speed, great prices.
So if anybody read this and are from the Lancashire area and your on the fence about joining my advice is just do it.
Same. I was with them for 24 years through many different brand names but being fed up with constantly having to get them to better their renewal price I moved to iD. Apart from not having WiFi calling on permanently, iD beats them in every respect.

I am not impressed been with them under a week and not able tI contact anyone .
I was with EE now no one who is on that network can call me ?? But everyone else can ?
