Free Galaxy Buds


I have just changed over to ID mobile and chose a deal with free buds which I haven't recieved. They were also added on my receipt.

How can I claim ?

Please could you let us know the device you’ve purchased?

 

If an Samsung S23 FE, you’ll need to claim them separately with Samsung directly.

I'm in same boat?

Just upgraded to Samsung 23FE with free buds offer.  I have no information I can send that proves purchase so I can claim the free buds?  Nothing shows in my plan, no email confirming upgrade,  and billing doesn't detail it either???

Hi Tyler

I did an online chat with one of your agents on Friday night who said they'd pass information over so someone could send proof of phone purchase.  They said this would take 48 hours and nothing has arrived.  I've had a text saying they need more details however when I click on this there's no message.

Running out of time here...
