Repeated asking on how to unblock my SIM card and it’s really frustrating that I cannot get hold of live chat , keep getting “opps” how do i get to talk to live chat

But the link over on there might point you to a reason (read the I’m unable to see the Live Chat button. What should I do?)

 

Also there’s this regarding how to block and unblock your SIM

 

Also regarding live chat, start with ‘hi’, await an automated bot response, then write ‘talk to person’.

Hi kash

this still hasn’t been sorted. 

i have use your live chat customer services twice. I still cannot make any calls or textss since Monday.

Monday, your agent said that it has been unblock, it will take 1 hour. No service. 

Tuesday live chat again,  they said she has unblock my phone, again does this mean that Monday agent didn’t unblock my phone.

Wednesday, still no service - does this mean that yesterday agent hasn’t unblock my phone.
 

I am a paying customer, and am really disappointed, this has been reported twice, giving you two opportunities and today, will make it the 3rd  - isn’t this a breach of contact?

 

When you tell a customer that it has been done and should be operating in an hour then that is what I expect?

 

I need my phone, I am unemployed and I am losing opportunities.
