Looking at the above it looks like the phone currently isn’t/wasn’t in stock at the time of your order.

The first bullet point gives this away - Once your phone is in stock

Then you will get (after it’s in stock) another email stating the order is being processed

One more email giving you the DPD pin (you need that pin) plus it’ll be sent as a text too, probably also with an 8am to 4pm time slot and a confirmed delivery day - currently estimated on the 13/12.

(I will flag your post and ask iD to remove your name and order reference number - anyone can read this)
