I’ve started a new contract with you, my phone should have switched over YESTERDAY but all I’ve had is the phone with NO sim card!  And I’ve had it a week!
 I can’t register my phone, or get on the ID website, and I think it's awful you can’t actually Phone someone for help. 

What do I do?   I’m now paying for 2 phones! 

Is there someone I can talk too on the phone?

Sorry to hear this, did you order a physical SIM or an eSIM?

 

If an eSIM, it may be worth checking your emails.

 

If a physical SIM, it may be worth checking @andewhite’s post for suggestions on how to get a replacement.
