UK mobile numbers transfers don’t happen immediately, ​@kasunabey

When I switched to iD Mobile, it took from ~11am until ~4pm before the number I wanted to keep worked with my iD SIM. 

If your old provider’s SIM has stopped working (been disconnected), iD have started working on your switch.
