If you want to transfer a number from another network to iD you need to get a PAC from the other network. 

So you’re an existing customer and your minimum term contract (30days/12 or 24 months) is finished (the contract doesn’t end until either you or iD terminate it) and you bought a new phone?

If the original SIM fits then simply pop that in the new phone

Or it that SIM doesn’t fit or for an eSIM replacement its a little more involved
