I had my phone stolen and have cancelled my sim and got another through curry’s. However I can’t log onto my account to activate it as it sends a code via text which obviously I can’t receive, I’m stuck in a horrendous loop going nowhere

how can I activate a new sim as when i go through my account it sends a text message to log on which i cant receive because i lost it hence asking for the new one!
